Entry Level Painter

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Entry Level Painter to join our team in Shan. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting surfaces, mixing and matching colors, and ensuring quality finishes on all projects. This role is perfect for freshers looking to gain experience in the field of painting.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old paint, filling holes, and sanding rough areas
- Mix and match paint to ensure proper color consistency
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure quality finishes by inspecting work for flaws or imperfections
- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment while working
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in painting preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong eye for color matching
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
