Experienced Painter


Our fast-growing painting company in Shan is seeking an experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting both residential and commercial properties with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and priming
- Select and mix paints to match desired colors
- Apply paint using various techniques such as rolling, brushing, or spraying
- Ensure a smooth and even finish with no visible brush marks or drips
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Complete projects within given timelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter with a portfolio of previous work
- Strong knowledge of paints, varnishes, and other materials
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy equipment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
Our company is located in Shan city but we welcome applicants from all nationalities.
