Plastering Specialist

As a Plastering Specialist, you will be responsible for applying plaster and stucco to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. You will use a variety of tools and techniques to achieve a smooth, even finish and ensure that the surface is ready for painting or other finishing work. This position requires precision and attention to detail as well as physical strength and stamina.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster or stucco to the desired consistency
- Apply plaster or stucco using trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Smooth out imperfections using tools such as sanders or scrapers
- Create textures or patterns according to client specifications
- Repair any cracks or damages in existing plaster or stucco surfaces
- Clean up work area after completing job

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in plastering or stucco work
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy materials, and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Knowledge of different types of plaster and their applications
- Familiarity with safety procedures when working with chemicals and tools
- Good communication skills in English (fluency preferred)

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month with potential for increase based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Shan city but preference will be given to Indian nationals. English-speaking candidates are also encouraged to apply.
