Plasterer Supervisor


We are a growing construction company based in Shan, Pakistan and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer Supervisor to join our team. As a Plasterer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the plastering work on our projects, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of plasterers.
- Plan and schedule plastering tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Inspect the quality of plastering work and make any necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Train new employees in proper plastering techniques.
- Order materials and maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on job sites.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of different types of plastering materials, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for non-local candidates.
