Finisher - Construction (Malayalee Candidates Only)



We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Finishers to join our construction team in Shan, Malaysia. Our company specializes in high-quality construction projects and we are looking for dedicated Finishers who can help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and smooth surfaces for finishing by filling cracks, holes, and joints
- Apply coats of plaster, paint, or other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Use hand and power tools to mix, apply, and finish materials
- Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure proper application of finishes
- Ensure proper surface preparation to achieve a smooth and even finish
- Inspect finished work for flaws or imperfections and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Must be Malayalee with a valid biometric passport
- At least 2 years of experience as a Finisher in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of different types of finishes and materials used in construction
- Proficient with hand and power tools used in finishing work
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes within tight deadlines
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately

This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month. Accommodation will not be provided so candidates must have their own living arrangements. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to gain experience as well as experienced professionals looking for a new challenge.
