We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dismantler to join our team in Shan, India. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling various mechanical and electronic equipment for repair or recycling purposes. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble mechanical and electronic equipment according to specifications
- Identify and remove salvageable parts for repair or recycling
- Sort and organize dismantled parts for storage or disposal
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while performing dismantling tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a Dismantler or in a similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of tools and equipment used in dismantling
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Must have valid work visa for India
