We are hiring a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Shan, Philippines. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces for various construction projects. Your main duties will include mixing and pouring concrete, ensuring proper curing and drying of concrete, and using various tools and equipment to shape and finish surfaces.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in concrete work is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with construction tools such as trowels, floats, and power saws
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and smooth finishes
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by setting up scaffolding, barricades, or other necessary structures
- Mix cement, sand, water, and other materials according to project specifications
- Pour concrete into designated areas using wheelbarrows or pumps
- Smooth surfaces using hand or power tools such as screeds or floats
- Finish surfaces by adding decorative designs or patterns if needed
- Monitor curing process to ensure proper drying of concrete
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in finished surfaces as needed
- Clean all equipment and tools after use to maintain safe working conditions
