Architectural Technologist- Contract Position in Shan, India


We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Shan, India on a contract basis. As an Architectural Technologist, you will collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed plans and designs for various construction projects. Your role will involve using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to produce technical drawings and specifications, as well as conducting site visits and liaising with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and engineers to develop detailed construction plans and designs
- Use CAD software to create technical drawings and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure design compliance during construction
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Ensure all designs meet building codes, regulations, and standards
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies, materials, and techniques in the architectural field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Shan, India (accommodation provided)
Contract Position: 6 months (with potential for extension)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
Nationality Preference: Indian (but not restricted)
Visa Sponsorship: Not available - candidate must have own valid visa.
