Job Title: Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Shan, India. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various building projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and budget.
- Design and develop building plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software.
- Create 3D models of buildings and spaces to visualize the design concept.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design feasibility and compliance with local regulations.
- Research materials and construction methods to incorporate into the design.
- Prepare construction documents including detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth execution of the design.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in architectural design.

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer.
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary: 1500$ per month
City: Shan, India
