Junior Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Architectural Designer to join our growing team in Shan, China. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers to create innovative and functional architectural designs for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop and present design proposals
- Produce detailed drawings, models, and renders using CAD software
- Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions
- Communicate with clients and contractors throughout the design process
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting and scheduling

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on projects in China or East Asia region
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
