Architectural Designer - Shan


We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Shan. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various structures, from residential homes to commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that designs are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models of structures using computer-aided design software.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess potential challenges.
- Review and approve construction plans, materials, and finishes.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve.

Salary: 1800$ per month
