Commercial Architect

We are currently hiring for a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Shan, India. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and warehouses.

Your main duties will include conducting site evaluations, creating detailed building plans and blueprints, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all building codes and regulations are met. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion of projects.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in Architecture and at least 3-5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD is required. Excellent communication skills are also essential in order to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the right candidate. We welcome candidates of all nationalities to apply, however knowledge of Indian building codes and regulations is preferred.
