Commercial Architect - Shan, India

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Shan, India. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Create accurate cost estimates for projects
- Oversee construction process to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture projects
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to create accurate cost estimates
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members
