Industrial Architect - Shan

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop plans that meet their requirements. This position requires a high level of creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Prepare cost estimates and material specifications for projects
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project execution
- Oversee construction progress to ensure that designs are being accurately implemented
- Conduct quality control checks on completed projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software and other architectural design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to industrial buildings
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Shan (preference for Indian candidates)
