Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Shan, India. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from initial design to final construction. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Oversee the design process and ensure that all designs meet client requirements
- Review project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Shan, India (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
