Job Title: Machine Operator


Our manufacturing company in Shan is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating machinery, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines according to production guidelines and safety procedures
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating machinery, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy objects as needed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month plus benefits for this full-time position.
