Fitness Coach - Personal Trainer
As a Fitness Coach - Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients based on their individual goals and abilities. You will provide guidance and motivation to help clients achieve their desired results through a combination of exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness level and goals
- Design customized workout plans that are safe, effective, and tailored to the individual's needs
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications as needed
- Track client progress and make necessary adjustments to the program
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to help clients stay on track with their fitness journey
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space
Requirements:
- Certification in personal training or related field (e.g. exercise science, kinesiology)
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a personal trainer or fitness coach
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Passion for health and wellness
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends
- Fluent in English
Salary: $1200 per month
City: Shan (Preference given to Indian candidates)
