We are currently searching for a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Shan, India. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has proven experience in managing a high-volume restaurant and has strong leadership skills.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory and supplies, and maintaining quality standards. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and promote growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in managing budgets and financials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, as you will be interacting with customers, staff, and vendors on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and quality standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and promote growth
- Manage budgets and financials to ensure profitability
- Train and develop staff to maintain high levels of service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop marketing initiatives to attract new customers
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in managing budgets and financials
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Familiarity with marketing strategies to attract new customers
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with other benefits such as accommodation and own visa sponsorship.
