Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant in Shan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and schedule staff members
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage budget and control expenses to meet financial targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue in a restaurant setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
Salary: $1700 per month
This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Preference will be given to candidates who already have their own valid visa for working in Shan.
