We are searching for a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at our bustling café in the vibrant city of Shan. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Your main duties will include taking orders from customers, operating coffee machines and equipment, preparing ingredients, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. A passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing methods is also essential. As our ideal candidate, you should have prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment with precision
- Ensure that all drinks are made to company standards
- Maintain stock levels of ingredients and supplies
- Keep the café clean, organized, and stocked at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
