As a Barista at our coffee shop in Shan, Philippines, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee drinks, teas, and smoothies. You will greet customers, take orders, and handle payments using our POS system. In addition to making drinks, you will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cafe, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation as needed.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry. You should have a friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills. As this is a fast-paced environment, you must be able to multitask and work well under pressure. Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring that each drink is made to our high standards.

Baristas are expected to have knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing techniques. You should also be able to recommend drinks to customers based on their preferences and make adjustments to ingredients based on dietary restrictions or allergies.

This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. The salary for this position is $1300 per month. We are open seven days a week so flexibility in scheduling is required. English proficiency is not required but would be considered an asset.

Please note that this position does not come with accommodation. Therefore we prefer candidates who are already located in Shan or willing to relocate on their own.
