Instrument Technician - Contract Position in Shan, Pakistan


We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician for a contract position in Shan, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial settings. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month and does not require English proficiency. Accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of industrial instruments such as sensors, transmitters, controllers, and analyzers
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer specifications
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new instruments as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing job duties

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Familiarity with various types of industrial instruments and their functions
- Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls as needed

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with no guaranteed hours. The successful candidate may be required to work evening or weekend shifts depending on the needs of the company. The job may also involve working in confined spaces or at heights. The candidate must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
