Pastry Chef
We are in need of a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Shan, China. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries and desserts for our customers. Your main duties will include preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and other ingredients according to recipes, as well as decorating finished products with finesse and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of desserts such as cakes, cookies, pastries, and other specialty items
- Create unique and visually appealing designs for special occasions or events
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of dishes
- Train and mentor junior pastry chefs on techniques and recipes
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various pastry techniques and methods
- Creativity in designing desserts that are both delicious and visually appealing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience working with high-quality ingredients
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Chinese language skills are a plus)
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field
