Merchandising Coordinator


The Merchandising Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of product merchandising for our company. As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will work closely with our team to ensure that products are displayed and promoted effectively in our stores and online platforms. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, monitoring sales data, and conducting market research to identify new trends and opportunities.

The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail or fashion industry. Excellent communication skills in English are required as this role involves working with international suppliers and customers. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Create promotional strategies to increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and inform future purchasing decisions
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing displays in-store and online
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Communicate with international suppliers regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of merchandise received and sold

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Knowledge of current market trends and competitor activities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
