We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Shan, Philippines. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet targets and KPIs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the Philippines market preferred
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and motivate a team
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office suite
