Sales Manager - Nepal
We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Shan, Nepal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they meet their targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market reach
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their full potential
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales industry in Nepal
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
This is a contract job with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
