A reputable land surveying company in Shan, Nepal is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and producing accurate measurements and data for various construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using specialized equipment and techniques
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Oversee the work of surveying assistants and technicians
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and practices
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Physically fit to be able to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
