Caregiver Supervisor


The role of a Caregiver Supervisor is to oversee and manage a team of caregivers providing care and support to individuals in need. This position is suitable for Canadians, foreigners, and non-native English speakers. No previous experience or accommodation is required, however, a valid biometric passport is necessary. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of caregivers to ensure high-quality care is provided to clients.
- Train new caregivers on company policies, procedures, and best practices for caregiving.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to caregivers.
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks to caregivers based on client needs.
- Monitor client progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Communicate with clients' families to address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of clients' care plans, medications, and progress.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Must have a valid biometric passport.
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a supervisory role is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
