Handyman - Shan, India


We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Shan. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as repairing and maintaining equipment, installing fixtures, and completing general maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment for defects or malfunctions
- Repair or replace damaged equipment and fixtures
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and cleaning
- Install new fixtures and equipment as needed
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while performing tasks
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina to perform manual labor
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
