We are in search of a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team in Shanghai. As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue through building relationships with clients and promoting our products or services. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
- Prepare monthly sales reports for management review
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong time-management skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed
