We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Shan, India. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by building strong relationships with clients and maintaining a thorough understanding of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and social media
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products or services
- Meet sales targets set by the company
- Keep track of sales metrics and report on performance
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Basic computer skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
