Concierge Assistant - Part Time (Indian Candidates Preferred)

We are a luxury hotel in Shan seeking a part-time Concierge Assistant to join our team. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting them with their requests and inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. This position is ideal for students or those looking for part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with booking reservations, transportation, and other services as needed
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and policies
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Own visa required for employment
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not required

Salary: 1300$ per month (based on experience)

Location: Shan (must be able to commute to the hotel location)
