IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Eschen. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and providing support to all departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of all hardware and software systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Provide technical support to all departments within the company
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly updated
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for hardware, software, and other technology services
- Develop and manage the IT budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations
- Proven track record of developing strategic plans for technology infrastructure

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
