IT Support Specialist


We are hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Eschen, providing support to our Indian employees. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining computer systems and networks, and providing technical assistance to our staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to Indian employees in person, over the phone, or via email
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Create user accounts and manage access permissions
- Perform regular backups of data and ensure data security
- Train staff on new technologies or software as needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Eschen. However, due to the current situation with COVID-19, remote work may be required until further notice.
