Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects within our company. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all objectives. Your role will involve creating project plans, setting project timelines, coordinating resources, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, resources needed and timelines
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep it on track
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders regularly
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project updates and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Ensure all projects are delivered according to quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the IT industry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team towards successful completion of projects
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable)

Location: Eschen
