Facade Designer

We are in search of a talented and creative Facade Designer to join our team in Eschen. As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing facades for various buildings and structures. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to understand their needs and translate them into visually appealing designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction materials, building codes, and structural engineering principles. You must also possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements
- Develop innovative facade designs that meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the structural integrity of proposed designs
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and construction materials
- Oversee the installation of facades to ensure compliance with design specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a Facade Designer or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction materials
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Eschen (open to candidates from all nationalities)
