Architectural Technologist - Eschen, Liechtenstein

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects and engineers in the design and development of construction projects. You will also be involved in preparing detailed drawings and plans, conducting site visits, and coordinating with clients and contractors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software and other technical drawing tools
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Biometric passport (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Assist architects and engineers in developing design concepts for construction projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications according to project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project design
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make recommendations for improvements or modifications as needed
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology, materials, and construction methods

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
The position is located in Eschen, Liechtenstein. While proficiency in English is preferred, it is not a strict requirement for this job.
