Preservation Architect


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Eschen, providing architectural expertise for the preservation and restoration of historic structures. As a member of our team, you will work closely with clients and project teams to develop and implement preservation plans that comply with local regulations and best practices. Your responsibilities will include conducting site assessments, creating drawings and specifications, overseeing construction activities, and collaborating with contractors and engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of historical architecture and building materials, as well as experience managing preservation projects from concept to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of historical architecture styles and building materials
- Familiarity with local preservation regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience working with contractors, engineers, and other project team members
- Ability to create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or similar software
