Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and spaces. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed within budget and meet all necessary regulations. Additionally, you will provide expertise in sustainability and energy efficiency to create environmentally-friendly designs. This position requires a strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and at least 2 years of experience in commercial design. Fluency in English is required, as well as proficiency in relevant design software. This is a full-time position based in Eschen, with a salary of $1500 per month.

As our ideal candidate, you are a creative problem solver with excellent communication skills. You have a keen eye for detail and are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your strong technical abilities allow you to produce accurate drawings and specifications for projects. You are also knowledgeable about sustainable design principles and able to integrate them into your work. Previous experience working on commercial projects is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings using CAD software
- Review project plans for compliance with building codes
- Work with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Oversee construction process to ensure quality control
- Monitor project budgets and timelines
- Integrate sustainable design principles into all projects

Requirements:
- Degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial design
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
