Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Eschen. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee the design process and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and approve project designs and plans
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Eschen.

Note: This job is open to all nationalities. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Candidates must have relevant experience and possess a valid work visa for Eschen.
