Architecture Manager


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Eschen. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design to final construction. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and ensure project requirements are met
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is meeting design specifications
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1200$ per month

This is a full-time position suitable for men. No prior experience is required but candidates must have a valid biometric passport. Accommodation will not be provided.
