Machine Operator


A well-established manufacturing company in Eschen is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in operating various types of machines, preferably in a production or manufacturing setting. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines according to established procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions in a timely manner
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Keep detailed records of production output and machine performance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator
- Knowledge of operating various types of machines, such as CNC, injection molding, or packaging machines
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Must have own visa or valid work permit for Eschen (accommodation provided if needed)
