Indian Restaurant Manager in Eschen
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Eschen. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and financial performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Create weekly schedules for staff to optimize productivity while managing labor costs
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide updates on performance
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food standards
- Develop relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for supplies at competitive prices
Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality or have extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control
- Knowledge of Eschen's local food industry preferred
Salary:
