Experienced Barista

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in the vibrant city of Eschen. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service by creating delicious drinks and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders
- Prepare hot and cold drinks according to customer preferences and company standards
- Operate various coffee machines, blenders, and other equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure compliance with sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and restock as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences or dietary restrictions
- Uphold high standards of quality control for all beverages served

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista in a busy cafe or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Eschen, Liechtenstein (visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens)
