As a Junior Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by supporting the merchandising team in all aspects of product development and retail planning. Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing product strategies that align with our brand vision

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and make recommendations for product replenishment
- Ensure that all visual merchandising standards are met in stores
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and negotiate optimal pricing and terms
- Support the team in preparing presentations for buyers and management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising (experience in fashion or apparel preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
