Sales Manager

We are a leading retail company in Eschen, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to increase sales opportunities

- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide training and coaching as needed
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to develop promotional activities that support sales goals
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue, expenses, and forecasts for senior management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by all members of the sales team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management role within a retail company
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Familiarity with CRM software preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
