Administrator - English Speaking (Eschen, Liechtenstein)
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As an English-speaking Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, including organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with other departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Communicate with clients and other departments
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Perform general office tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
