Job Title: Body Repair Master
As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This includes fixing dents, scratches, and other types of damage using various tools and techniques. You must have experience in body repair and be knowledgeable about different types of vehicles. You should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires physical strength, as well as good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Your duties will include assessing the extent of damage on vehicles, determining the best repair method, and communicating with customers about the repair process. You will also be responsible for ordering necessary parts and materials, as well as managing your own inventory. Additionally, you may be required to train and supervise other body repair technicians.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in body repair work and should be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with customers on a regular basis. It is also important that you are able to meet deadlines and provide high-quality work.
