Job Title: Office Manager - Eschen, Liechtenstein
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as needed
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding and maintaining employee records
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and invoices
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure smooth communication and resolve any issues that may arise
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Train new employees on office procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HR tasks is preferred but not required
- Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
