IT Manager - Mauren


As an IT Manager in Mauren, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining systems and software, and ensuring the security and reliability of all technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Plan, organize, and oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data by implementing appropriate backup procedures and disaster recovery plans
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to recommend improvements for current systems
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and support services
- Develop and manage budgets for IT projects and ongoing operations
- Communicate effectively with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience managing a team
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), firewalls, servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1000 per month
